How to Commission Us:
*When commissions are open, we will post updates to every site we use and update the "Get A Quote" page with it. We will ask you to fill out our commission quote form for whatever you are interested in. Once your form is submitted, we will be automatically notified. Quote form must be completed in full as we reference this later while working on your commission. We won't accept quotes with skipped areas or "will discuss later" as these variables must be known prior to giving a price anyway. Please be very specific about what you want. All quotes are done ASAP and given via email. There is a spot on the form for your email.
A reference must be included for any type of piece. Make sure your reference is also accurate. Any missing markings must be mentioned when putting your reference in the quote form. References must be flat color front and back. Side views and head views are a plus. If you don’t have a reference, contact us using the contact form and we can make you a colored sketch reference for $25. When a suit is commissioned the $25 will be taken off the total cost, effectively making the colored sketch free.
You must be able to prove your age. We have a simple way of doing so that is safe as long as you follow our instructions.
Smaller Commissions(Hands, Feet, and Tail)
- Complete the form with everything you want for your piece and please be specific. Pay close attention to the detail sections. They’re just as important as the rest. Double check everything before sending it in.
- We will look over the info. If anything is missed or amiguous we will contact you for clarification before giving your quote. Otherwise we will contact you once the quote is ready. No NFTs or cryptocurrency of any kind will be accepted.
- If the quote is accepted, we will require payment IN FULL before materials are ordered and work begin. This is due to materials comprising the majority of the price.
- Once payment is received, we will add you to our queue and ask for measurements, tracing for handpaws, and/or shoes for footpaws as necessary.
- Foam and printed pieces will get work in progress updates. If you want a printed base to be altered please mention it before getting a quote. You can ask for more pictures if necessary.
- If there is something we missed like a marking in your reference, we will add it in. If it is not on your reference and it’s small and colors we already have, we will add it as well. If it is not on your reference and it’s a big change, we will charge the difference. If the change isn't feasible we may decline to incorporate it.
- First paid is first queued is first served. To be fair to other commissioners, we will no longer bump people with deadlines to the front, nor do we offer deadline guarantees. We will choose quality over speed every time.
- Completion time varies and can depend on where you are on the list. Most small pieces are completed within 1-3 weeks once it is reached in queue.
- Shipping is not included for pieces. Shipping is expected when the piece(s) is/are finished. Piece(s) will be insured when shipped so if anything goes wrong, we can remake the piece(s).
Larger Commissions(Heads, Bodies, Partials, Half Suits, and Full Fursuits)
- Complete the form with everything you want for your piece and please be specific. Pay close attention to the detail sections. They’re just as important as the rest. Double check everything before sending it in.
- We will look over the info. If anything is missed or amiguous we will contact you for clarification before giving your quote. Otherwise we will contact you once the quote is ready. No NFTs or cryptocurrency of any kind will be accepted.
- If the quote is accepted, we will ask for the first half of the payment to get started. If being put on the waitlist, we will ask for $50 up front to hold the slot. First half payment for the waitlist isn’t expected until we’re almost done with the commission preceding yours. This $50 fee is taken out of the price of the fursuit and is refundable if you want to cancel before we get to your suit. If you are not prepared to pay within 72 hours of us asking for your first half payment, we will offer the next commission in line the chance to pay to get theirs started. If that commission is finished and you are still not ready, you will be removed from the list and will not be refunded the waitlist fee. If you feel like you won’t be ready when we get to you, then please let us know. We have many forms of contact which can be found on the contact page of the site. We do suggest joining our discord for the best contact though. For payment plans, the minimum payment for toony heads and straight leg bodies is $300/month. The minimum for realistic heads, digi bodies, and partials is $400/month. The minimum for full fursuits is $500/month. Half of the amount must be paid for us to start on the suit.
- Once the first half is received, we will order materials and ask for the supplies we need from you. Most common being shoes, tracing, DTD, and measurements.
- If you do not know how to do a DTD, follow the instructions linked below and remember to mark where the tail sits if doing full body or legs. Please do not attempt to make a DTD by yourself. All people who have tried this have had to remake them with help. Double check the quality of your dummy before cutting it off and sending it. You should use medical scissors for extra safety. You do not have to stuff the dummy. We will ask you to remake it if the dummy is not properly made or if we can’t fix it. If we have to tape it or fix issues, we will charge you $50. If you refuse to pay the $50 or to redo your DTD, we will reduce your commission to a partial. If you ask for a refund after supplies are ordered, please skip down to the refund portion. Here is a tutorial for DTDs (please use painter's coveralls and mark where the tail will be):

- Once payment is received, we will add you to our queue:
- Foam and printed pieces will get work in progress updates. You can ask for more pictures if necessary. If you want a customized printed base, please mention it before getting a quote.
- If there is something we missed like a marking in your reference, we will add it in. If it is not on your reference and it’s small and colors we already have, we will add it as well. If it is not on your reference and it’s a big change, we will charge the difference. If the change isn't feasible we may decline to incorporate it.
- These will be first paid, first served. To be fair to other commissioners, we will no longer bump people with deadlines to the front.
- Partials can take up to 2-3 months while a full suit can take up to 3-4 months. Heads and bodies can take 3-4 weeks each depending on difficulty. Keep in mind that the count only starts when we reach you in queue. Please also keep in mind that we are only human and delays do happen.
- When the suit is finished, we will ask for the last half payment after showing a sneak peak of the suit. Shipping is not included. Shipping is expected when the suit is finished along with the last half payment. All suits are insured when shipped so that if anything happens, we can remake.
Rush Orders (No Longer Available):
- We no longer offer rush orders. Please plan your order time according to our queue. We will not rush our work nor will we bump people to the front of the line for any extra amount. We never have and never will guarantee a completed-by date. We will choose quality over speed every time.
After you get your slot and pay:
- Please allow 4 months for your commission to be completed at most unless stated otherwise. Your 4 month timer starts after we finish our active commission. This especially applies to larger more complex commissions.
- Smaller commissions may be done sooner. Please be patient and allow us 2 months to a year depending on how full the queue is. We try not to keep people waiting, but sometimes, it’s inevitable.
- Please keep an eye on our commission queue for your commission’s progress. This will be the most helpful to you.
Payment Information:
- Payment is in USD.
- We use Paypal.
- We will ask for your Paypal email and send an invoice for payment. If you were offered a discount, that discount will be calculated in the invoice.
- Paying via invoice is simple. You will get an email notification stating we have requested payment from you. Follow the link in the email, and hit pay.
- If payment is not received within 72 hours of receiving the invoice without contact or reason, you forfeit your commission slot. So please inform us if there will be delays before we send the invoice.
Refunds and Refusals:
- We reserve the right to decline a commission at any point and are in no way obligated to provide a reason in the case of refusal.
- We do not give refunds on the first payment unless it has not been used yet. The first payment is meant for materials and is typically spent shortly after receiving it. You can have the supplies shipped to you or your new maker at your cost.
- We reserve the right to cancel if we do not receive the materials we need from you within 1 month after we've asked for them. Again, if materials are bought before then, you will not receive a refund for them. You can have the supplies shipped to you or your new maker at your cost.
- There are no refunds after your suit or parts have been finished. Once it's done, we've done our part. You can resell the suit for equal or lesser value.
After Completion:
- You, the commissioner, are allowed to post the completed commission to your personal/public gallery as long as credit for the fursuit or piece(s) is given to us. This includes all photos of your suit or piece(s).
- We are happy to do repairs for people at a cost. The longer the repair takes and the higher the cost of materials, the higher the cost for repair. We strive for high quality and durability, but everything wears over time and accidents do happen while suiting We don’t cover shipping for repairs.
- Please talk to us if you’re thinking of altering your suit. Small basic repairs done by others is fine, but having someone else alter our suits is disrespectful to us unless we give the okay. We do not allow NSFW alterations to the suit. We do not want our work connected to NSFW acts or behavior. Please respect for our wishes.
- Please let us know if there are ANY problems with your suit immediately after you get it. Even small issues matter, we want you to have a great experience! After contacting us, please let us know if you want the supplies to fix the problems yourself or with help(will not void your free fixes). You also have the option to ship the part back to us for repairs. We will cover shipping costs for these fixes. We will let you know if they are things we can fix when you tell us what the problem is. We can’t learn if we don’t know there’s an issue!
- Please try to remember to review your fursuit after you’ve had it for a while. You can review it here: http://forms.fursuitreview.com/ .
- If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us at either of our art sites linked in the contact tab or by email via the contact form.
