FAQ/Tips/Discounts

We do two phases of shipments. One is our regular shipping round which we set a cut off for after finishing the previous shipping round. The second is our mini shipment that includes head sizers, small parts that don't need to be printed/cast, and bases from the previous shipment that needed reprints.

We don't have set shipping dates and instead set cut offs and work in batches.

International shipping varies based on where you are and what service you select. Add the items you want into your cart and proceed to checkout to get a quote.

Our bases are durable enough that if you drop them, they should be fine. We occasionally drop them in our work space onto a concrete floor and we haven't had any break.

Yes. We have durability tests, moving jaw tests, LED tests, tutorial for springing your base, etc.
